Please indicate, to your best ability what time the false alarms are being reported and which zone #. 

- A lot of false alarm requests are because users are not aware on how to disarm the system, or do not disarm the system fast enough. 
- Sometimes door are left unlocked and the wind blows the door open, triggering the alarm, please make sure all perimeter doors are locked on exit.
Please describe what issues you are having with badge access. 

- If the badge reader is marking green when you swipe your badge and the door is not opening, check to see if there is a manual lock that may be preventing the door from opening. 
- If the badge reader is beeping and flashing red, you may have not been given the proper access rights, contact Corporate Security if that is the case.
Record a short video of your badge problem (the reader beeping, or door not opening.
